Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password: input your Login ID, leave the password field blank, click on the "Forgot Password?" box, and click login. You will be prompted to choose a phone number or e-mail address to receive a secure access code.

First Time Users

When you first log in to the WebDCB Internet Banking system, you will need to use the web Login ID that was e-mailed to you and click "I am a First Time User". Please do not enter a password. If you do not have a login id, or have misplaced your login id, please call us at 740-657-7200. We will be required to securely verify your identity before providing you your login ID. 

On the next screen, you will select where you want your Secure Access Code to be sent (either phone or email). Please follow the prompts to complete the login process. 

The Secure Access Code is not your user id or your password but a temporary code to gain access to the system in order to change your password.
 
Upon your second time logging in, you will use your Login ID and the password you created during your first session.
 
You will then need to request an additional  Secure Access Code to register your computer. Learn about "Trusted Site Settings" here.
 
The Secure Access Code used to originally access WebDCB is a temporary code and will not work. Please request a new Secure Access Code to complete the registration process.
 
After you have successfully logged in twice, you should not need to go through this process again unless you change your computer settings or change computers.
