  • How can I change my contact information?

    Customers can update their contact information by visiting WebDCB.com (and logging into their online banking account) or by visiting one of our banking center locations.

  • What is my Transit Routing Number (ABA Routing Number)?

    The Delaware County Bank’s Transit Routing Number (also called ABA Routing Number) is 044103086.

  • When will I receive my 1099 and 1098 statements?

    The Delaware County Bank mails out all 1099 and 1098 tax statements by January 31 each year. We can do reprints and corrections after February 1. 

  • What are DCB's holiday hours?

    The DCB Banking Offices will observe the following federal holidays in 2015. Online Banking, our Automated Telephone Service at 800-631-0322 and our ATM machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Are my DCB deposit accounts covered by FDIC insurance?

    The Delaware County Bank is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit. FDIC insurance does not cover other financial products and services that banks may offer, such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, life insurance policies, annuities or securities.

     
    The standard insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank for each account ownership category. The FDIC provides separate coverage for deposits held in different account ownership categories. Depositors may qualify for more coverage if they have funds in different ownership categories and all FDIC requirements are met. For details on the requirements, go to www.fdic.gov/deposit/deposits.
